Protection of personal data

The user of this service, holder of the personal details contained in the request form sent to ESM, hereby authorises ESM, with legal address at 12, C/ José Mª Martínez Cachero, 33013 Oviedo, Asturias, Spain, to process them and keep them on file in compliance with the Spanish Personal Data Protection Law -Ley Orgánica 15/1999, of 13 December.

ESM ensures the absolute confidentiality of all personal data it receives and guarantees that they will not be sold, rented or otherwise passed onto third parties. All data received will be used with the only purpose of offering a better service to the users of our Web portal. The user may exercise his right to access, amend or rectify his personal data at any time. The user also may, under the above-mentioned law, cancel this authorisation to process his personal details.
